Order Processing & Cut-Off Times

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday)
Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day
Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or Victorian public holidays

Free Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders within Australia
Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days via Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location. Remote regional areas may take slightly longer
International: Currently, we only ship within Australia

Tracking & Lost Items

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can lodge an investigation with the courier.
